With this price it might the only projector in 1080p category and with this price also the product look good. I bought a screen but then tried on my off-white wall and its looks equally good on wall as well. My projection dimention might be around 120" but still picture is very crisp. Good for movies and even with ambient light i can watch games etc. fully satisfied and will recommend it.

For the price it's a very impressive product with a clear detailed sharp picture. The blacks are not the deepest I have seen, but can't fault it for the price. I'm using it with a 120" 1:1 reflective screen from close to 20'. It works well. The only real down side is the limited zoom range on the lens. But this is common for DLP projectors at this price. It had a faulty remote control when it arrived. I called InFocus, they immediately sent a replacement. They had very friendly helpful staff.

One month ago, this replaced a 60'' Mits RP DLP. I can't describe the improvement. You must see to believe. Cons: You need a light controled room. Viewing with ambient light is not possible. Light controlling blinds a must. Zero light passing for sure. I'm the first person in my family and circle of friends who's got a projector. I've now had several nights with this inviting probably 15 different people in for movie/dinner evenings. Without exception, everyone who's seen this agrees the picture quality is vastly superior to LCD/Plazma/DLPRP. No Contest. My source is a Blu-Ray HTPC and ATI HD4870. This thing does flawless BR Playback, both 2D and 3D. I can sit through movies for hours and to the end think to myself, wow, look at that. Movies you watch with this will get an extra 1/2-1 star rating just cause they look incredible. I'm projecting on a homemade screen painted with gray latex. It's awesome. My wall was fine too but I covered a window now so I needed a screen. Buy one!

This is my second DLP video projector after my excellent ultra compact LT-75z from NEC I own for 6 years already. Of course the quality of the picture can't be compared at all since my Nec is only 800x600 in native mode resolution VS 1920x1080p Full HD. Anyway, this InFocus projector is surprisingly affordable and incredibly of good quality when hooked on with an HDMI cable to a stand-alone blu-ray player. I doubt you can find a better one in that price range. Buying it means... your home theatre will never look the same anymore! I can tell you that! Cheers! and bon cinma!!! ;-))

Excellent product for the price.

For the price it is an excellent choice, I agree with all the good things mentioned here, so I will mention the drawbacks: It is too big and too heavy (compared to other home theater projectors) which can make installation a bit complicated, and you do need to do some manual adjustment of the keystone (while on other projectors it is absolutely automatic), but again, for the price it is an excellent product.
